Purpose

UNNA BİLİŞİM SAN.tic.A.Ş. your privacy of your personal data is respected by us and we show sensitivity to your data security. With this consciousness, UNNA BİLİŞİM SAN.tic.A.Ş. we attach importance to the processing, safe use and preservation of all kinds of personal data of related persons who benefit from our products and services in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation numbered 6698 (6698 GDPR).

In the capacity of ”Data Controller”, this text has been prepared in order to inform and enlighten you about our practices of collecting, processing, transferring, safe storage and destruction of personal data within the framework of the 6698 GDPR and other relevant legislation.

Your Rights As A Personal Data Owner

Within the farmework of the 11th article of GDPR,

1. To see if you personal data has been processed or not,
2. If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

1. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
2. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data,
3. Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the GDPR legislation,

• When you request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of your personal data, request that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,

1. Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
2. If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to request compensation for this damage.

In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you must submit your written request together with the necessary information identifying your identity and explanations about the right you want to use;

•  “Secure electronic signature” defined by the applicant in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 or with a signed, scanned, identity statement from your other electronic e-mail addresses belonging to you “unnabilisim@hs01.kep.tr “, “kvkk@unna.com.tr” by e-mail to our registered e-mail addresses

English Turkish applications must be submitted in Turkish or English. In the application containing your explanations about the right that you have as a personal data owner and that you will make and request to use your above-mentioned rights in order to use them;

• The matter/subject you request should be clear and understandable,
• Wet signed consent of the personal data owner if applied in writing,
• The issue you request is related to your person,
• If you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specially authorized in this regard and certify your authority,
• The application must contain identity and address information (Place of residence or workplace address based on notification, e-mail address based on notification, telephone or fax number, if any)
• Documents confirming your identity (ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality for foreigners, passport number / ID number ) must be provided to the application.

Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request according to the second paragraph of the 13th article of the GDP Regulation, according to the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of the 13th article of the relevant GDP Regulation. The personal data owner, in accordance with the 14th article of the GDPR 6698, in the event that the application is rejected, the answer given is insufficient or the application is not answered within the time limit; He/she may file a complaint to the Board within 30 days from the date he/she learns the answer of our Company and in any case within 60 days from the date of application with the approval of the person. In addition, within the framework of the 13th article of the Law, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the General Data Protection Board in the event of a cost arising.

Pursuant to Article 28/2 of GDPR 6698, personal data owners may not assert their other rights mentioned above, except for the right to request compensation of the damage, in the following cases::

• The fact that the processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of the commission of a crime or for the investigation of a crime.
• Processing of personal data made public by the personal data owner himself.
• That the processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of supervisory or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations, as well as professional organizations that are public institutions, based on the authority granted by law.
• The fact that the processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the economic and financial interests of the State in relation to the budget, tax and financial issues.
