Do you know who can access what?
Active Directory is the centre of users and permissions on the company network. Over time, it accumulates accounts left open by former employees, groups nobody remembers and permissions broader than necessary. Creating accounts, assigning groups and setting up email for every new starter is repetitive, error-prone work.
ADManager Plus brings Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365 management together in a single web interface and turns repetitive tasks into templates and automations.
What does ADManager Plus do?
Manages the user lifecycle
For a new starter, the account, group memberships, mailbox and licences are created with a single template. A leaver’s account is disabled in one step, their groups are cleared and their mailbox is handed over to their manager.
Simplifies bulk operations
Details for hundreds of users can be updated in one go with a CSV file. Department changes, password resets and group changes take minutes.
Delegates permissions safely
HR or the help desk can be authorised to carry out only the operations they are permitted to. This way, domain administrator rights are not handed out for simple tasks.
Provides ready-made reports
Accounts that have not signed in for a long time, users whose passwords have never changed, empty groups and privileged group memberships become visible through ready-made reports.
Active Directory order with Unna
- We listen first. We review your current Active Directory structure and report on unused accounts and risky permissions.
- We plan together. We design your joiner and leaver processes as templates, and delegation according to your departments.
- We install and clean up. We bring ADManager Plus into service and, with your approval, clean up the accumulated clutter.
- We stay by your side. Together we use periodic reports to make sure the structure stays clean.
Part of the whole
- With Password Manager Pro or PAM360, we also place the most critical administrator accounts in a vault. We compare all the options on our identity and access management page.
- With Safetica DLP, we also monitor where the data people have been given access to ends up.
- In ISO 27001 and KVKK processes, we use reports to prove that access permissions are reviewed regularly.
- As part of server management, we also monitor the health of your domain controllers.
Frequently asked questions
We use Microsoft 365. Is it suitable?
Yes. As well as on-premises Active Directory, ADManager Plus also supports Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online management.
Can users reset their own passwords?
For this need, we recommend ADSelfService Plus, a separate ManageEngine product. It significantly reduces the number of password requests reaching the help desk.
