The more devices you have, the less you see
Keeping track of a single firewall is easy. When you have five branches, three hotels or dozens of customers to manage, things change. Which device has an up-to-date backup? Which one is stuck on an old firmware version? What did an administrator’s change last week leave open? Are the guest network logs really being signed? Answering these questions by going from device to device is both time-consuming and error-prone.
Unna Controller is Unna’s own central management, guest network and Law No. 5651 (Turkey) logging platform for FortiGate fleets.
What does Unna Controller do?
Shows the whole fleet on one panel
The firmware version and resource usage of all your FortiGate devices are monitored on a single screen. Every night, a configuration backup of each device is taken automatically; after a failure or a faulty change, a restore point is ready.
Looks for security gaps on its own
23 automated security and compliance checks audit device configurations regularly. Results can be exported as PDF reports and shared with management.
Presents the guest network with your brand
Guests connect to the internet by verifying their phone number via SMS or through a captive portal (landing page). The landing page is customised to your brand, and visitor records are kept in compliance with KVKK (Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).
Stores 5651 logs in a verifiable way
Daily archives are signed with a qualified timestamp (RFC 3161) from TÜBİTAK Kamu SM (Turkey’s public certification authority) and protected by a hash chain. It can be verified at any time that a record has not been altered afterwards.
Requires no additional hardware
Devices connect via REST API or SSH. The platform can be deployed in the cloud or on premises.
Unna Controller with Unna
Unna Controller is Unna’s own product, so you also get support after installation directly from us. It was designed for businesses managing multiple FortiGates, multi-branch organisations, hotels running guest networks and IT companies providing managed services.
- We listen first. We establish how many devices you manage, which locations have guest networks and what you need under Law No. 5651.
- We plan together. Together we design the cloud or on-premises deployment, the device connection method and the hotspot landing page.
- We connect and deploy. We add your devices to the platform, run the first backups and checks, and review the findings with you.
- We stay by your side. We regularly assess the check results and keep developing the platform to meet your needs.

Frequently asked questions
Does it support brands other than FortiGate?
Unna Controller currently focuses on FortiGate. For environments using WatchGuard or Ruijie, we set up a suitable solution separately.
How is it different from Firewall Analyzer?
The Controller focuses on the management, backup, hotspot and 5651 archive of FortiGate devices. Firewall Analyzer analyses and reports on logs from firewalls of different brands. The two can be used together.
Do we need to install software on our devices?
No. The connection is made via FortiGate’s own REST API or SSH; no additional hardware is needed.
