The right package, the right layer
When buying business antivirus, most companies get stuck on the same question: which package is enough? Basic protection may be sufficient for a small office. But if you want to see where a file encrypted on the accounts server came from, you need a different layer. The wrong package means either unnecessary cost or an invisible gap.
Bitdefender GravityZone is an enterprise security platform that protects computers, servers and cloud workloads with a single agent and a single management console. Unna is Bitdefender’s Marmara Regional Distributor.
What does Bitdefender GravityZone do?
Packages that grow with your needs
Business Security provides malware protection based on machine learning and behavioural analysis, ransomware prevention, network attack defence, web and device control, and risk analytics. Business Security Premium adds HyperDetect, a tunable machine learning layer; Sandbox Analyzer, which runs and examines suspicious files in the cloud; and Microsoft Exchange protection. Business Security Enterprise brings endpoint detection and response (EDR): cross-device incident correlation, threat hunting and one-click response.
Sees beyond the endpoint: XDR
GravityZone XDR extends visibility by adding separate sensors to the Enterprise package. The identity sensor monitors suspicious activity in Active Directory and Entra ID, the productivity sensor monitors phishing and brute-force attempts in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and the network and cloud sensors monitor their respective environments. All of this comes together in a single incident view.
MDR for those who want 24/7 monitoring
With the Bitdefender MDR service, Bitdefender’s own security operations centre continuously monitors your environment. Using pre-approved actions, it can isolate a device from the network or stop a compromised account. It makes sense for organisations without a security team to cover the night shift.
Add-on modules as needed
Patch Management centrally distributes updates for Windows, macOS, Linux and common third-party applications. Email Security, Full Disk Encryption and Mobile Security for iOS, Android and ChromeOS are licensed separately.
Bitdefender GravityZone with Unna
As the Marmara Regional Distributor, we supply licences directly. Our real work, however, is fitting the package and policies to your environment.
- We listen first. We discuss your number of devices and servers, operating systems, remote working arrangements and past incidents.
- We plan together. We identify which package and which modules you really need. We also choose together between the cloud console and an on-premises virtual appliance.
- We install and migrate. We cleanly remove the old product, deploy agents centrally and trial policies on a pilot group first.
- We stay by your side. We track alerts, unprotected devices, patch status and licence renewals for you.
Part of the whole
- On the endpoint security page, we set out GravityZone and ESET PROTECT side by side.
- If you are looking for a different management approach for the same need, ESET PROTECT is also a good option.
- FortiGate works at the network gateway, GravityZone on the device. When one misses something, the other can catch it.
- PAM360 places administrator accounts in a vault; together with GravityZone’s identity sensor, it reduces the risk of account takeover from two directions.
- With Veeam, the way back stays open even if ransomware cannot be stopped.
Frequently asked questions
Business Security Premium or Enterprise?
Enterprise, if you want to see how an attack started and which devices it spread to, and to respond remotely. If strong prevention is enough and you have no team to investigate incidents, Premium is often the more balanced choice.
Does the console run in the cloud?
Both options are available. The cloud console requires no installation or maintenance. The on-premises console runs as a virtual appliance installed in your own virtualisation environment.
Can we try it out?
Yes. Before you decide, we trial the package you choose together on a limited number of devices in your own environment.
