Frequently asked questions
Why are SPF, DKIM and DMARC important?
These three records prove to receiving servers that an email really comes from you. When they are missing, your emails may end up in spam and your domain may be used in fake emails.
Will any email be lost during migration?
No. The old and new systems run side by side for a while, emails are synchronised, and the DNS switchover is done last.
