Purpose and Legal Grounds for the Collection and Processing of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected and will be processed, for the purposes and within the scope defined below, by our Company’s units and processes, social media channels, the natural or legal persons with whom our Company cooperates or whom it authorises, public institutions and organisations and their employees, by automated or non-automated methods, verbally, in writing, electronically or by similar means/channels, without compromising our quality, through documents, records and transactions such as contact forms, employee complaint forms, performance tracking and analyses, social networks, various contracts, e-mails, correspondence, announcements, application forms, information request forms and quality records;
Pursuant to Articles 4, 5 and 6 of KVKK (Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), your personal data will be processed:
lawfully and in accordance with the rule of good faith,
in a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
accurately and kept up to date,
for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and
for as long as is necessary as provided for in the relevant legislation or within the conditions and purposes for which they are processed.
In addition;
- meeting your expectations and requests as our Customers, Suppliers, Employees and all our relevant parties within the scope of the products and services you purchase,
- understanding your wishes and needs by getting to know you better, responding more quickly to your requests and needs, measuring your satisfaction, resolving complaints and nonconformities and carrying out checks on whether they recur,
- supporting your product, service and payment preferences relating to you,
- developing and diversifying our Products, Services and communications, and contacting you if you request information,
- carrying out the assessment services that form the basis of preliminary survey work in order to understand and identify the needs and expectations of our customers and potential customers,
- carrying out, by our business units, the necessary work/processes that may help us offer personalised content and offers,
- planning and executing corporate communication activities,
- fulfilling your purchase requests, and determining and approving contract terms,
- planning and executing finance, accounting and logistics activities,
- planning and executing legal activities,
- planning and executing activities within the scope of the sales, marketing and tender processes of our Products and Services,
- ensuring the necessary quality monitoring of our Products and Services, and creating quality records and evidence,
- making the reports required by legislation, managing our legal, commercial, financial and administrative operations carried out with the relevant parties with whom we have a business relationship, determining commercial and business strategies and fulfilling our other obligations,
- ensuring secure access procedures at the areas where entries and exits take place when you visit our Company,
- planning, auditing and executing information security processes, and establishing and managing the information technology infrastructure,
- meeting the logging requirements of Law No. 5651 (Turkey) in connection with the use of our guest internet network,
- enabling communication with us via our e-mails,
- within the scope of our System Security, the activity traces of the activities and applications carried out during the time you are active in the system,
- meeting expectations based on the regulations and requests notified by all relevant public institutions,
- fulfilling the requests of the relevant business partners to which the Company is affiliated and of senior management within the scope of strategic planning and contracts,
- conducting your job application process, carrying out your assessment and obtaining information from your references within the scope of our Company’s human resources needs and policies,
- implementing our Company’s human resources policies, creating process records and fulfilling our statutory and legal obligations,
- increasing the performance level and employee satisfaction of our employees, and ensuring occupational safety and industrial peace, within the scope of the requirements laid down by the Labour Law, Labour and Social Security Legislation, our Human Resources Policy and other legislation in force,
- obtaining our employees’ health data during the recruitment process and conducting health checks at certain intervals, within the scope of the requirements laid down by the Labour Law, Labour and Social Security Legislation, our Human Resources Policy and other legislation in force,
- tracking the reporting required by legislation and the contract processes and/or legal claims of our employees, fulfilling the legal, technical and commercial obligations of the relevant parties in a business relationship, and ensuring occupational safety,
- informing our employees’ relatives in emergencies,
- enabling our employees’ entry and exit procedures at the areas where entries to and exits from the Company take place, and tracking and analysing entries and exits,
- evaluating your ideas, views and suggestions, which we value as our employees, and performing service processes with the data / information / statements declared in all records relating to “Employee Satisfaction” or “Employee Performance” in which participation is voluntary,
- making payments of salaries, bonuses, travel allowances, advances and social benefits,
- managing the announcements of our trade fair, event and promotional organisations, and post-event promotion and complaint-handling operations,
for these purposes, as required by the conduct of our business and its legitimate interests and by the legitimate interests of our data subjects, your personal data and special categories of personal data are collected, processed and recorded in our systems, retained for the statutory periods and destroyed once they are no longer needed (within the statutory periods).
